For ChappatiWhole Wheat flour1 cup Salt & pepperTo tasteFor StuffingCabbage,carrot,onion,capsicum shredded1 cupOil½ tsp SaltTo tasteGreen chillies finely chopped¼ tsp Tomato sauce1 tsp

Method

  • Knead the dough with salt and pepper for Chappati.
  • Roll it and make Chappati.

For the stuffing:

  • Heat the oil in a non - stick pan,
  • Add the mixed shredded vegetables and cook for just 2 minutes
  • Add salt and chillies
  • Take a Chappati, spread little tomato sauce with the help of a spoon.
  • Spread the stuffing and roll it.

It's not only low calorie but also very nutritious and tasty too.
