Ingredients:

Fish fillets 8Chopped mushroom2 cupsBeaten egg1Butter2 tbspGinger Garlic paste¼ tspBasil chopped ¼ tspPepper powder ¼ tspChopped spring onion ¼ cupOregano ¼ tspBread crumbs2 cups

Method:

Heat butter in a pan and cook mushrooms till tender. Add all the ingredients except fillets and mix well. Arrange the fillets in a baking dish and cover with mushroom mixture. Garnish with breadcrumbs and oregano. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 300 ° C for 15 minutes. Bake till the coating is golden brown and fillets are crisp. Serve with tomato ketchup chips.
