Ingredients:

Tender corn kernels1 cupSweet corn cream style canned (optional)1 cupCarrot (finely chopped)1 Cabbage (chopped)1 tbspSpring onion (finely chopped)1Sugar1/2 tspGreen chilli sauce1/2 tspSoya sauce1/2 tspCornflour1 tbspWater4 cups

Method: If you are using fresh corn, then pressure cook till tender. Take the corn in a deep pan. Mix the cornflour in 1/2 cup water. Add water, salt, sugar, vegetables and chilli sauce. Mix well and bring to boil. While boiling, add cornflour paste and stir continuously. Keep stirring till the soup is thick and clear. Add soya sauce and remove from fire. Serve piping hot with garlic rolls and more chilli sauce or chillies in vinegar.
