A delicious salad with the goodness of fruits, vegetables and grams.
Ingredients required:
- 100 gms of chickpea (Chana) soaked overnight and drained.
- One big orange, peeled, de-seeded and cut into small pieces.
- Half a cup of pomegranate seeds
- Half a cup of black, unseeded grapes
- One small cucumber peeled and cut into small pieces.
- Two carrots, peeled and cut
- One cup of boiled corn
- A tsp. of pepper
- A tsp. of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
In a large bowl, toss all the above mentioned ingredients. Pepper, salt and lemon juice can be added according to taste. Serve chilled.
