Ingredients:

Maggi cubes (vegetarian)1 pkt Cucumber2Onion1 mediumGarlic1 cloveMint2 sprigsBread1 slice Water1 cup (150ml) Thick curd (beaten)1 cup

Method: Puree together all the vegetables and bread using 1/2 cup water, strain well. Mix with curd. Dissolve Maggi cubes in 1/2 cup hot water. Cool and add to curd-cucumber mix. Garnish with grated cheese. Serve chilled.
