Salad fusion

A delicious salad with the goodness of fruits, vegetables and grams.

Ingredients required:

  1. 100 gms of chickpea (Chana) soaked overnight and drained.
  2. One big orange, peeled, de-seeded and cut into small pieces.
  3. Half a cup of pomegranate seeds
  4. Half a cup of black, unseeded grapes
  5. One small cucumber peeled and cut into small pieces.
  6. Two carrots, peeled and cut
  7. One cup of boiled corn
  8. A tsp. of pepper
  9. A tsp. of lemon juice
  10. Salt to taste

In a large bowl, toss all the above mentioned ingredients. Pepper, salt and lemon juice can be added according to taste. Serve chilled.
