Method: Chop the spring onion finely and keep aside. Crush garlic and ginger together. Chop potato and onion into large chunks. Pressure cook till soft. Blend in mixie till smooth. Sieve. Heat the butter in a pan. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry till light brown. Add the chopped spring onion and blended mixture. Add salt, pepper and chilli sauce as desired. Serve steaming hot with soup sticks.
