Ingredients













Carrot1 smallCauliflower1 florretteCapsicum1/2French beans2-3Onion1Cabbage1 small pieceSoya sauce1/2 tspGinger (grated)1/2 tspGarlic (grated)1/2 tspRed chilli (crushed)1/4 tspSugar1/2 tspCornflour2 tspButter1 blobWater2 cupsSalt to taste

Method: Chop all the vegetables either in a chopper or very fine by hand. Heat butter in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, the vegetables and salt. Stir-fry the vegetables till they look bright and done. Add water and bring to boil. Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup cold water and add to the soup, stirring continuously. Bring to boil again. Add crushed red chilli, soya sauce and sugar and boil till thick and transparent. Serve hot.
