Ingredients:

Masoor (split) 250 gmsCarrot (chopped)50 gmsOnion (chopped)1Butter3 tbsp Cornflour2 tbsp Milk2 cupsGinger paste1/4 tsp Garlic paste1/4 tspCoriander leaves (chopped)1 tbsp Water4 cupsSalt and pepper to taste

Method: Cook masoor, onion and carrots in a pan with water. Strain and make into thick puree. Beat cornflour with butter and milk to make white sauce. Add this to the puree. Add salt and pepper and serve hot.
