500 gms Broccoli
2 inches Celery Stalk

4 cups Stock or water
4 cloves Garlic

You should cut the broccolis into small pieces and wash them first. Soak them in salt water for 15 minutes and then drain the water. Then cut the onion and garlic and the celery stalk.
