Ingredients













Fresh cucumber2 mediumGinger1 small pieceGreen chilli1 smallWater2-3 cupsCream (whipped smooth)2-3 tbspMint (finely chopped)1 small sprigSugar1 tspBread slice1-2Salt and pepper to taste

Method: Chop cucumber into large chunks. Grate ginger and keep aside. Boil the cucumber in the water till soft. Let it Cool. Blend in a mixie. While blending add bread, ginger and green chilli and sieve. Add sugar and salt. Chill for 2 hours. While serving, carefully pour a swirl of cream; sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and a little chopped mint into individual soup bowls.
