A culture is as much about its people and customs, as it is about its food. Some of my favourite memories of travel have been associated with mouth watering delights. Many of you probably still remember fondly some out of the way hole-in-the-wall in Bangkok where you got the most delicious phad thai or some poky little joint in Spain where you ate the most amazing seafood tapas.
