Ingredients:
1 banana
pumpkin seeds
fruit leather
dried apricots
oranges
cherries
raisins or currants
pineapple rings
1/4 cup shredded coconut
3-4 drops food colouring
Method:
1. Peel a banana and cut it length-wise. 2. Place one half, cut side down, on a brightly coloured plate for a smiling mouth. 3. Add a row of pumpkin seeds and cut a piece of fruit leather for a tongue. 4. Use two dried apricots or mandarin orange slices for eyes and add cherries and currants or raisins for the eyeballs. 5. Pineapple rings can be arranged above the eyes for eyebrows. 6. For hair, mix the coconut and food colouring together in a small bowl, then arrange it above the eyes. 7.
