2 bananas
5-10 whole strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup milk
1. Peel the bananas, slice them into one-inch chunks, and place them in a seal-able plastic bag.
2. Wash and stem the strawberries and blueberries and place them in the bag, too.
3. Seal the bag and freeze for three hours.
4. Place the frozen fruits in a blender or the bowl of a food processor. (If they are frozen too solid, let them slightly defrost).
5. Add the milk and puree or process until the mixture is smooth and thick.
6. Pour into a bowl or mug and serve immediately with spoons. Makes two servings.
