Researches say that men find it endearingly romantic when women help them dress. Want to make your man all tied-up in knots? Try mastering the art of tying a bow tie. And surprise him when he struggles over it. Here`s step-by-step guide to perfect that knot...
Step 1: Drape the tie so that the left end extends about one and a half inches below the right end. Cross the longer end over the shorter end and pass through the resulting loop. Place a finger over the knot and hold it.
Step 2: Form the front part of the bow by folding the shorter end in half: each end should reach just past the collar points. Hold it with the hand that`s keeping the knot in place. With the other, fold the opposite side in half.
Step 3:Now comes the tricky part. Push the cloth you just folded through the hole you created in step two and tighten it to make a full knot. Check that the ends are of equal length.

Where to wear bow ties...

Bow ties are apparently considered a sign of weakness. They could be interpreted as a longing to return to their childhood days, the days of fewer responsibilities and obligations. And it conveys the impression that the wearer cannot be entrusted with very difficult tasks, for his initial interest fades quickly and he settles for shoddy work. So, avoid wearing bow ties to work!
