The Sherwani:
Though there are various options available, one that is always popular and widely accepted is the sherwani. Today they are made using various types of fabric like silk, brocade, viscose, wool and linen blends. Focus on the cut and the embroidery on the sherwani.
You can go in for mojris or jooties as far as footwear is concerned, or, you can have footwear custom made to go with your outfit.
If you are tall, go in for contrasts or different shades in your sherwani and pyjama/churidar.
You can try and co-ordinate your outfit with the bride`s. Take a colour from her outfit as an accent on yours.
The suit:
A few elegant suits make all the difference to a man`s wardrobe. Suits are made in various fabrics, both natural such as wool, linen etc, as well as others such as polyester blends, microfibres etc.
While buying a suit, the most important thing to consider is its silhouette. This season suits are characterised by standard rich colours and sharp fits.
Choose a two, three or four-button jacket: the style is a three- button jacket. A larger individual should choose a jacket with two slits, while a thinner man should opt for one with no slits. A short man should avoid wearing five or six button single breasted suits.
