Eyes are the windows through which a person sees the world. For a person with bad eyesight or no eyesight at all, the world is a dark place with lifestyle for him to take care of. Eyes and Lifestyle of a person denotes how the person takes care of his eyes on a day to day basis. Having Healthy Eyes needs lots of work, and the Eyes and Lifestyle of the person plays a major role in this sphere. Each and every people come from a different works of life, and thus lead a different kind of lifestyle compared to others. Thus following a daily Eye Care routine is a must to keep ones eyes healthy and beautiful. All those people who are Athletes, should keep in mind that they may still require protection against injuries during contact sports, no matter which type of vision correction he chooses. If there is any kind of risk of being hit by a fast-moving ball or other object as in racquetball, hockey, squash, etc., eye protection is a must, whether one is wearing contact lens or not. A polycarbonate eye guard will not distort vision and thus can be used by the sport persons. Although some manufacturers have develSoped contact lenses that present protection from ultraviolet rays, many lenses do not. Whatever the case may be, sunglasses or dark goggles should be worn to protect the eyes in sunlight outdoors, chiefly in such sports as swimming, skiing or ice-skating where they may be a lot of glare. Again the performers and actors should opt for contact lenses on the stage. The contact lenses offer a double benefit to the vigorous lifestyles of performers, who may need to change or enhance their appearance while dancing, acting or participating in dramatic activities that may be as forceful as a major league baseball game. Previously when colored contact lenses were available to the public, movie stars usually used them to change their eye color. Audrey Hepburn won an Academy Award for Wait Until Dark in 1967, in which she played a blind woman, wearing lenses particularly designed to make her appear so. Thus the Eyes and Lifestyle of a person goes hand and hand and proper care should be ensure to have a healthy eye for a long time to come.
