--Fats can confuse you as they can be harmful or beneficial depending on what you're eating. There are two types of fats- Unhealthy fats and Healthy fats. Unhealthy fats are saturated fats and trans fats. These fats are found in animal products such as red meat, dairy products and eggs. Healthy fats are basically unsaturated fats, found in foods derived from plants. Some sources of unsaturated fat are olive oil, nuts, etc.
