@Sashi May be you are doing yoga incorrectly and that's why you are not getting the results.I prefer to meet a yoga teacher to get advises since yoga has amazing solutions for all kinds of problems.If you are living in India, u are much benefited to have a good yoga teacher. regards!

Dear sir: I have been doing just basic yoga daily, but Have not lost so much weight, I cannot do intense as my knees pains, and also my wrist, pls advise which asanas I should do which will help me to lose weight? Also pls advise for how long I should do it and also many days a week? regards
