Or else you might end up hurting a muscle or nerve. Start off with very lightweights. Stretch your body after each exercise. Always take a day of rest before you go in for your next training. Work out strength training on non-consecutive days.
A low calorie diet is the next important factor that you need to look at. No exercise regime will work well if you consume unnecessary calories. Your diet should be a critical part of your weight-reducing program.
Don`t try to change your diet overnight. Make small changes every day. Introduce more fruits vegetables and sprouts into your diet. Avoid eating foods rich in fat. Eat smaller portions.
When you`re well on your way to burning excess fat from your body, then start your spot reducing exercises for your abdomen. Remember, it could take a while before the results show.
