ARIES: Yeah, you love food and show it too, but indigestion can be a headache. Try circuit training, boxercising, and team sports. Lots of activity is what you need.

TAURUS: Try working out with weights. You could also join the Arian with team exercises.

GEMINI: You love people, possibly while exercising too. Try burning off some of that extra energy with a stimulating jog. But you need to exercise only about three or four times a week. Watch out for breathlessness.

CANCER: Yoga and swimming would be best for you genteel types.

LEO: Cycling, jogging, fat burning, and a gym routine (to strengthen your back) should be good for you and your jumpy nerves.

VIRGO: First relax. Then move on to some Tai Chi or Yoga.

LIBRA: Try rowing, cycling, throwball, volleyball, circuit training, and then some relaxation techniques.

SCORPIO: First war, then peace for you. Try martial arts rounded off with yoga.

SAGITTARIUS: You get bored easily, but don't use that as an excuse. Instead, update your exercise schedule regularly step aerobics (because your sign is associated with the thighs), cycling, weight training....

AQUARIUS: Weak ankles, tut, tut. Remember to wear the right footwear. You need walking, jogging, and routines for legs, buttocks, and stomachs.

PISCES: Full circle to a food lover. Count your calories and get into yoga, aerobics, and water sports.
