  • Do you love listening to music? Can't think of anything more relaxing! Just play your favourite music and begin to stretch all your tight muscles systematically. You will feel them getting more flexible by the day.

  • Use the gym facilities that most companies provide their employees these days at work. In fact, the management encourages its workers to give importance to physical fitness as it automatically will mean better performance.
  • Learn to think small especially if you are a beginner.   • Busy professional women often neglect their health until they fall inexplicably sick. If you don't take time off to look after yourself you will find that both your emotional and physical health is severely damaged. Care for your body the way it was meant to be cared for " in fact, make it a priority. Schedule time for exercise every day. We have but one body and one life in which to care for it.
