If you drink, you keep your fizzy drinks or alcohol intake within prescribed levels? Yes/No
Your weight is in sync with your height? Yes/No
Stress & Health
You are in a relatively stress-free home atmosphere? Yes/No
You find solutions to problems and hence you don't fret and can relax easily? Yes/No
You are able to fall asleep once you hit the pillow? Yes/No
How did you fare? This is more than just a quiz! These questions and statements talk about you! The answers tell you what area of health you need to concentrate on! Is it your diet and eating habits or your general fitness and physical activity or is it your addictive habits? Whichever one it is that has the maximum number of 'No's is the villain of the piece!
