> How many calories you need daily?
For men:
- Find your weight in pounds and multiply it by 13.8. (If you weigh 68 kg, multiply it by 2.2 and you have it in pounds. 68 x 2.2x13.8= 2,064.48).
- Find your height in inches and multiply it by 5. (If it is 66 inches, 66x5 = 330).
- Multiply your age by 6.8 and subtract 68 from that product. (e.g. If you are 51; it is (51x6.8) 67=279.8).
- The sum of these three products will approximately give you the calories you need in a day. (2,064.48+330+279.8=2674.28 calories).
For women:
- Multiply your weight in pounds by 9.6.
- Multiply your height in inches by 1.8.
- Multiply your age by 4.7 and subtract the product from 655.
- Add the three products and the sum you get will approximately be the calories you need.
