Ingredients:

2 tsp vegetable oil
cup vegetable broth
Tofu
2 cups chopped carrots
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
tsp spice powder
1 cup halved mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt

Preparation:

Put a bowl over a high heat. Pour vegetable broth in the bowl. Add soy sauce, sugar, salt and 1 cup water in it. Whisk together the mixture and set aside.

Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes. Toss the tofu cubes with spice powder.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Stir fry tofu for 4 minutes. Transfer the fried tofu on a starch paper to soak the excess oil.

Heat the remaining oil and stir fry garlic, mushrooms and carrots.
