Ingredients:
10 ounce chopped spinach
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup minced onion
1 cup melted butter
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt
tsp black pepper
Method:
Preheat the oven to 30 degrees.
Drain spinach by using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a large bowl mix chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion, parmesan cheese, melted butter, eggs, salt to taste and black pepper.
Mix the ingredients well. Make walnut-size balls and place the balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake the spinach balls in preheated oven for 15 minutes until it turns brown, hot and crisp.
