Ingredients:
2 cup finely chopped beans
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
2tsp sesame sauce
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
cup sliced red onions
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Method:
In a pan, take 3 quarts of water. Add salt in it and bring water to boil.
Add chopped beans and bean sprouts in the boiling water. Cook beans for 5-10 minutes until beans are tender crisp.
Remove beans from the boiling water to stop cooking.
In a serving bowl; mix sesame oil, soy sauce and vinegar. Add beans, bean sprouts, garlic and chopped onions to the mixture.
Season green bean salad, with salt and pepper to taste to taste.
Serve salad at room temperature
