Turkey chow mein is a great dish to enjoy with your family. Prepare this recipe to bring a change.

Ingredients:

  • One chopped onion
  • One cup mushrooms- half cut
  • One cup mung bean sprouts- rinsed and drained
  • Two carrots- peeled and chopped
  • One red bell pepper- cut into fine pieces
  • One clove garlic- peeled and chopped
  • Half cup packaged chicken wroth
  • Oyster sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch- 1 tbsp
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Three cups cooked turkey
  • Two cups chow mein noodles
  • Two stalk celery cut into pieces

 

Preparation:

Wash all vegetables and prepare them. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and finally add this paste to cornstarch. Put some oil in a pan and keep pan on high flame. Once the oil gets warm stir-fry the mushrooms in the heated pan and takes them out. Put some more oil into the pan and fry celery and red bell pepper together. Then take them out. Add some more oil into the pan and stir-fry the onion and garlic. Add salt to taste. Then add turkey into that pan. Cook them for few minutes and add all vegetables into the pan. Now add bean sprouts into the pan and put some sauce into it. Cook the entire mixture until it boils and put noodles into it. Cook it for few minutes and serve hot.
