- Peeled and chopped mango-1 cup
- Pineapple pieces-1 cup
- Tomato-chopped-1 cup
- Diced sweet red pepper- ½ cup
- Fresh Cilantro- 3 tbsp
- Lime juice-2 tbsp
- Sugar-1 tbsp
- Salt-as per taste
- Take a large bowl and mix tomatoes, mango, pineapple, onion, sugar, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, salt, and sugar together.
