• Three tablespoons of olive oil
• 11/2 cups of long grain rice
• ¼ cups of minced white onion
• 1 clove garlic that has been minced
• 3 cups of chicken, turkey or pork broth or water
• 1 teaspoon of salt

• Place the oil in an oven on medium heat.
