All the Hyderabadi cuisines are very famous in all over the India. The main characteristic of Hyderabadi cuisine is its selection of ingredients. All the Hyderabadi cuisines are prepared with perfect proportion of ingredients as well as spices and they are cooked in proper flame. Meat is an integral part of the Hyderabadi cuisine as most of the Hyderabadi cuisines are prepared with meat and rice. Haleem:
It is a special type of Hyderabadi cuisine that is cooked with wheat and meat. It is cooked for several hours to form a porridge like food. It is a very tasty dish. It is basically a seasonal dish and it is mainly taken during the month of Ramzan.
