Bengal is a famous region in the northwest part of South Asia. Bengal is often referred as West Bengal and it has both the historical as well as geographical significance. After the partition, Bengal was divided between the independent nation of Bangladesh and the Indian federal republic`s constitutive state of West Bengal. But some parts of the kingdom of Bengal are now the integral part of the neighboring states of Indian and these states are Tripura, Bihar and Orissa. With all its tradition as well as rituals, Bengal features it own diversity of foods. Bengali cuisines are considered as one of the most finest and spicy cuisines in the entire India. Featuring all the great assortments of foods, Bengali cuisines offer a wide variety of deserts also.
