So after a power breakfast,I lunch on a protein-rich and moderate carbs diet.Complex Carbohydrates provide the energy required for our daily activities.Hence they are vital too. My lunch is purely Desi;totally home-made & it consists of the following: One Bowl Green Salads Two Jowar Rotis One Bowl Mixed Sprouts One cup Soya Chunks Vegetable One small bowl of unpolished brown rice One glass of thin buttermilk
