Apart from this, the credit of designing Kajol's Costume in the movie , Fanna, also goes to Manish Malhotra.
Manish has trained fellow designer Surily Goel, who attained her debut at Lakme Fashion Week 2006 has been trained by Manish Malhotra. Manish Malhotra commenced his show called The Manish Malhotra Show in the year 2005.
Manish Malhotra has received a considerable number of awards as a fashion designer. He was selected for the Filmfare Award for Costume Design for the film known as Rangeela. Other than , he also won the Zee Cine Award for his achievement in the field of costume designing. He also won the prestigious award of Indira Priyadarshini Memorial Award for his great contribution to the industry of fashion. His bridal costumes, characterized by their uniqueness in style and fashion, have been highly praised in many famous exhibitions.
