A body care program is essential for all would be brides. Only a regular and proper body care will give you a special look on the special day. Plan a body care program with your beautician at least three months before your marriage. Follow them regularly and you will be the focus of attention on your wedding day.

Healthy diet is the most essential part of body care. Avoid oily food and include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Have at least ten to twelve glasses of water everyday for a healthy skin and fresh look. Have lots of protein and try not to skip your meals as this may result in accumulation of fat. You can also maintain a fitness routine with half an hour exercise and yoga, which will help you to increase your concentration.

Squeeze a lemon or add eau de cologne in your bath water and this will help you to get relief from stress. Avoid soap and use face wash instead. Wash your face with face wash or gram flour twice or thrice a day. Give splashes of water at regular intervals for a glowing skin. You can use home made packs once or twice a week. Slice of potato, cucumber, mashed papaya or banana are idea for skin care. You can apply curd, honey or turmeric on your face. Follow a skin care program with scrubbing, cleansing and moisturizing. Apply a sunscreen lotion before going out as they will protect your skin from the ultra violet rays.

Hair care program is also an integral part of body care program. Go for natural products for shinny black hair. You can also seek advice from the beauticians for hair care program. If you want to go for a hair cut, have it at least two three months before your wedding or you may have problem with hairstyle on the special day. You can also apply hair color but an advice from a professional will help you to select the appropriate color.

For a complete bridal body care have facials once a month or of possible once in a fortnight. Remember the final facial should be two days before your wedding days. A spa treatment or herbal massage will give you a fresh look on the day. Be in contact with your beautician for open pores, black heads or acne treatment. Also go for treatment of pigmentation or fine lines to get relief from all these problems.

Start body care program three or four months before your wedding day and your beautician does not require to spend hours for make up on the special day.
