There is a character called Raja played by Arshad Warsi. Raja is a character who gets easily angry. Then there is a character named Gangadhar enacted by comedy specialist Rajpal Yadav. He is playing a schizophrenic in the movie.

In Krazzy 4, there are characters like Dr. Mukherjee and Dabboo, who are again suffering from some sorts of mental disorders. The character who is handling all the 4 patients in the film is Dr. Sonali played by Juhi Chawla, another well-known Bollywood actor. Dia Mirza is also there in the movie playing the role of a television reporter.
