The upcoming Bollywood releases for the year 2008 are very promising. Many comedy movies are made in Bollywood. One of the promising comedy movies is Chal Chala Chal, dated for release in the mid 2008. The movie features the comedy king of Hindi movie industry, Govinda. Krrazy 4 is another comedy which is surely awaiting big release for 2008. The movie will be releasing in April 2008.

Many romantic movies are also scheduled to hit the screen in 2008. The most waited movie is `U Me Aur Hum`. Two well known actors of Bollywood, Kajol and Ajay Devjan, are playing the leads in this movie. Interestingly, they are real life partners as well. This movie also stars some well known names like Karan Khanna, Isha Sharvani, Rituparna Sengupta, Sarika, Sumeet Raghavan and Divya Dutta. `U Me Aur Hum` is a shipboard romance.

There are also movies based on sci-fi, chivalry and socially relevant causes. Some of the movies belonging in this category are `Drona` starring Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra, `Aashayein` starring John Abraham and Shreyas Talpade, `Shaurya` starring Rahul Bose, Kay Kay Menon and Minissha Lamba, and `Shabri` starring Isha Kopikar.



The Last Lear by Rituporno Ghosh is also scheduled to release this year. This movie features two prominent names of the Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan and Preity Zinta. Other actors of Last Lear are Arjun Rampal, Divya Dutta, Jishu Sengupta and Shefali Chhaya.

Wednesday, Woodstock Villa, Krazzy 4, Mr.Black Mr.White, Love Story 2050, Jimmy, The Challenge and Mr. Fraud are some of the other movies that you can look forward to. `Anamika` starring Minisha Lamba, Dino Morea, Koena Mitra and Gulshan Grover, and `Raffoo Chakkar` starring Aslam Khan, Nauheed Cyrusi, Shakti Kapoor, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Tinu Anand, Archana Puran Singh.

The other big releases for 2008 are `Dulha Mil Gaya` and `Tashan`. Dulha Mil Gaya` directed by Muddassar Aziz and produced by Vivek Vaswani have the biggest names of Bollywood. The movie stars Shahrukh Khan, Sushmita Sen, Fardeen Khan, Mohit Chadha, Tara Sharma, Johny Lever, Beena Kak, Suchitra Pillai, Vivek Vaswani and Howard Rosemeyer.

`Tashan` is another eagerly waited movie by the Yash-Raj production house. Produced by Aditya Chopra, this movie features Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor.
