Makrand Deshpande is a famous Indian actor and writer. He also directed a number of Hindi and Marathi movies and theatres. He lives in Vile Parle (E), Mumbai and is a well known figure of Bollywood. Makrand Deshpande is presently busy with the production of the film Dream Man which is likely to release in the year 2008. It is an adaptation of the play `Ek Kadam Aagey`.
