The character played by Fardeen Khan is a fashion photographer called Jai. Urmila Matondkar Plays the character of a spoilt girl called Ria. Jai is in search of a new and fresh face. His quest for it leads him to Goa where he meets Ria. On his way of his quest suddenly Jai sees Ria working out on a cliff. Jai secretly clicks some snaps and then, approaches her with an offer to be his model. Ria turns down the offer bluntly.

Jai develops the photographs only to find that they are really mind blowing. He shows the pictures to his editor who is convinced that Ria should be the new cover girl for the company´s new fashion magazine. After showing many rounds of reluctance, Ria is finally agreed to shoot with him. Gradually Ria falls in love with Jai. One day she goes to Jai's home to confess that she is in love with him. As Ria approaches his home, she is confronted by Geeta, jai's wife. At this revelation, Ria is shocked. What follows next is a lot of suspense for the audience.
