The story of Killer is inspired by English blockbuster Collateral. Nikhil Joshi played by Emraan Hashmi is a cab driver in Dubai. He came to Dubai in search of fortune. He aspires to be rich one day. His other passion is his love Ria acted by Nisha Kothari. She is a bar singer. Both of them work hard for living and dream of a good future.

The story takes a twist from the moment when a rich business man named Vikram hires his car for whole night. He offers Nikhil a good amount of money for that. Nikhil agrees and the story starts from here. Vikram played by Irfan Khan carries a list of targets whom he wants to kill in the same night. Nikhil becomes the victim of his mischievous plans. He kills one after one man and Nikhil becomes the witness. He plays so tactfully that he remains behind the veil in each case where as Nikhil and his car come into focus.

The question arise how does Nikhil save himself? To get the answer you have to watch the movie. It is the thrilling plot and the surprising performances of the two actors which will never make you feel monotonous.
