He arranges a speed boat for her which is specially made to meet accident. Renu starts sailing on the boat and does not come back. Now Bhagwati Prasad plans to sell all her wealth, but the lawyer informs that it is not possible until Renu's body is found.

Renu was not killed in the accident. She was severely injured and lost her memory. She is looked after by a young man named Raja played by Salman Khan. Raja lives with three children. Raja looks after Renu and they fall in love. Renu looks after the children and the home.

Bhagwati Prasad employs few men to find out Renu. They find her and by this time Renu gets back her memory. Raja once again saves her from his uncle and the movie ends with a happy note.
