The crew of Blackmail includes Ajay Devgan, Sunil Shetty, Dia Mirza and Priyanka Chopra.

The movie Blackmail has everything in its store. There is action, drama, romance and melodious music. The story is a bit predictable but yet is successful to keep the audiences in their seat. Ajay Devgan plays the role of a speed freak who can do anything with his expertise in car racing. Sunil Shetty portrays the role of an ACP who is also accidentally responsible for the death of Ajay Devgan's wife.

Mukesh Rishi plays the role of a villain in the movie. He appoints Shekhar (Ajay Devgan) to make a hell of Sunil Shetty's life.

He wanted to take an old revenge from Sunil Shetty. Ajay Devgan does everything to make Abhay's life a hell who stays with his beloved life and son. Gradually, Ajay Devgan gets to know that he has a son from his wife Anjali (Dia Mirza). The plot of the movie gets more interesting as the audience come to know that the information on Anjali's son is known to Abhay (Sunil Shetty).

Though the end is expected, yet the director Anil Devgan keeps it interesting. The story is fresh and well portrayed. Ajay Devgan's acting is wonderful and he shows how he has matured from his past days. The action, the thrills and acting skills are very much appreciable in Blackmail. The acting skills of Dia Mirza are well depicted in the movie, though she had a very small role to play. The editing and music of the movies are also appreciated throughout the movie Blackmail.
