About the film Jaag Utha Insaan

Mahant Chaturvedi was against the marriage of his daughter with Gopi, who belonged to a different cast. He breaks off all kinds of relationship with her after the marriage. After several years, Gopi tries to make amends with Mahant Chaturvedi. He brings his daughter to her grandfather. His daughter has become a renowned dancer by now. Her grandfather approves of her. He asks her to marry Brahmananda Chaturvedi. Problem arises for Sandhya as she is in love with Hari, who belongs to a lower caste. Still Sandhya marries Brahmananda. However Brahmananda goes to some other place at nights leaving behind Sandhya who is still dwelling with the thoughts of Hari.
