Anwar is one of the finest Bollywood movies. This Hindi movie was released in 2007. This movie was both written and directed by Manish Jha. Manish Jha is known for his efforts in Matrubhoomi. Anwar stars Rajpal Yadav, Manisha Koirala, and Siddarth Koirala.

Anwar is a movie that tells us about the life of a young man. He is an artist. He leaves home because he wanted to run far away from the world that he could no longer identify. This movie also features the role of a minister who pitches for the popular vote. It also tells about the lives of two journalists, a famous TV reporter and a small-town scribe. They both want to resurrect their careers and as a result end up in resurrecting their lives.

You will also come across the story of a priest who aims to maintain the status quo. Then come the story of a senior police officer who wants to retire. But before he does so, he has to resolve the situation. All of these above mentioned tales are very intriguing. It reveals much about the present day scenario of the Indian society.
