The plot of Tom, Dick and Harry has Tom as deaf, Dick as blind and Harry as dumb. They are three friends who live together as paying guests in the city. Their shortcomings have made the film hilarious as in every step, they make major blunders thereby creating comic situations.

The three friends in Tom, Dick and Harry are infatuated with Celina who is a gorgeous girl living in front of their paying guest. They try all the means to impress Celina who is absolutely aloof and least interested in them. Bijlee is a fisher-woman who is madly in love with Tom and makes it quite clear whereas Tom is besotted with Celina like others. The efforts of the friends to lure Celina is funny and creates comic elements. The film takes a different turn when Suprano targets the three friends as they have unknowingly created hurdles in his nefarious activities. The aim in Suprano's life is to become the worst villain by meanness.

In Tom, Dick and Harry, audiences see how the three get more and more involved with the don. The don is unaware of the shortcomings of the three friends. Suprano thinks that they are acting smart and try to fool him thereby creating funny consequences. In the end there is the chase between Suprano, police and the three friends. The promotional video has a song sung by Himesh Reshammiya. The song "Jhoom Jhoom" has sold many film albums.
