Phir Hera Pheri is one of the famous Bollywood comedy movies. Released on 9 June in the year 2006, Phir Hera Pheri was the sequel of Hera Pheri which was a box office hit of 2000. The director of Phir Hera Pheri is Neeraj Vora and Firoz Nadiadwala was the producer of the movie. The main stars of the movie are Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Suniel Shetty, Bipasha Basu and Rimi Sen.

Hera Pheri part 1 comes to an end when Raju, Shyam, and Baburao become rich. Phir Hera Pheri unfolds the story of the happenings which takes place after they become rich. Raju, Baburao and Shyam were living in Mumbai. They were enjoying the money which they have earned through fraudulent means.

Raju played by Akshay Kumar deposits all his savings in Laxmi Chit Fund. One day, the lady at the front desk of the Laxmi Chit Fund vanishes with their money. Raju`s condition was worse as he had borrowed money from Pappu, a don.



Baburao with his dhoti and lenses make his presence in the movie all throughout. Rimmi Sen and Bipasha Basu were the leading ladies in the movie. Tabu also played a role in Phir Hera Pheri. The action sequences of the movie are also good particularly at the end.

There are various comic scenes in the movie that include a shot where Baburao is shown taking out water from the swimming pool to bath. Johnny Lever also acted in several comic roles in the movie.
