Omkar Prasad Nayyar, popularly known as O P Nayyar is a maestro in Indian film music. Considered as one of the greatest music directors of Bollywood, O P Nayyar has created some great music for Indian cinema that has performed well at the box office. This legendary music director was born in Lahore on 16th January, 1926 and passed away on 28th January, 2007.
