Jatin Lalit - Introduction -
Jatin Lalit or Jatin and Lalit are the leading music directors of Bollywood who have contributed a lot to the Hindi film music. Jatin and Lalit are the sons of the famous music director Chitragupt Pandit.
Jatin Lalit is known worldwide as sibling music director duo. Real name of Jatin is Jatin Pandit whereas actual name of Lalit is Lalit Pandit. Jatin is nine years older than Lalit.
Career of Jatin Lalit - In 1992 Jatin Lalit started their musical career in Bollywood; the Hindi movie for which they composed music for the first time was Yaara Dildara. They came into the limelight with the music of the films 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander' (song - Pehla Nasha) and 'Khiladi'. Music of Jatin Lalit is well-liked widely for their balance and melody. In fact, their musical style is considered to be greatly inspired by the style of music composition of Rahul Dev Burman. The later half of the 1990s was the most successful time in their musical career in Bollywood.
Lyricists and playback singers for Jatin Lalit - Music composed by Jatin Lalit has been made most famous by Abhijeet, a leading male playback singer of Bollywood. Songs, whose music has been created by Jatin Lalit and written by Javed Akhtar, are known to be some of the best specimens of delightful Indian music. Anand Bakshi has also written numerous popular songs for Jatin Lalit. Some of the best songs composed by Jatin Lalit have been for the films 'Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani' and 'Yes Boss'.
