The Ajanta theatre is air-conditioned and has a seating capacity of 863. The hall has both upper circle and back circle. The auditorium is well-suited to good acoustics. The sound quality is exceptionally good as it has D.T.S. system along with Ultra-Stereo. The J.B.L. speakers with Surround and Sub-woofers add extra charm to the clarity of the sound.
Regional films or Malayalam movies are shown in Ajanta theatre.
If you are coming in a group, that is 20 to 25 people together, then it is best for you to book the exclusive area in Upper Circle. This has a maximum of 26 seats. Online booking is also available.
Snacks and movie are ideal concoction. Buy popcorn, coffee, tea, soft drinks, chips and other snacks from the theatre cafeteria.
