Story of Rajeev & Champa, Kashmir Ki Kali:

Rajeev Lal is the son of a millionaire. After the death of his father, he inherits the reins of his family's huge industrial empire. His widowed mother, Rani Maa asks Rajiv to mend his carefree ways. She decides marriage for him is the best solution to settle him down. To escape marriage, Rajiv flees with his friend to enjoy life in his family's lakeside bungalow in Kashmir.

Here, he meets the Champa, the local flower-seller. Her innocence and mesmerizing beauty draws Rajeev and he falls in love at first sight. He hides his real identity and acts as a driver of a rich man. He woos her and Champa also responds to his feelings.

The romance of Rajeev and Champa in Kashmir Ki Kali is thwarted by a conniving lumberman, Mohan. He already had planned to marry Champa. But on seeing Champa's inclination towards Rajeev, he starts blackmailing Champa's father, Dinu about revealing Champa parentage.

The movie, Kashmir Ki Kali also has some secrets in store for the movie watchers. Champa and Rajeev Lal have secrets about their real identity. Rajeev Lal is not the real son of Rani Maa. With many twists and turns in the movie, finally Rajeev and Champa are married.

Some of the other actors in prominent roles are Pran, Nasir Hussain, Dhumal, Anoop Kumar, Madan Puri, Bir Sakuja and Tun Tun. All of them are well known faces of Hindi movies.
